  • From third parties (with your consent): From educational institutions, skills assessing bodies, the Department of Home Affairs (DHA), or previous migration agents/lawyers.

2. Use and Disclosure of Personal Information

We will use and disclose your personal information only for the primary purpose for which it was collected (the Primary Purpose), or for a related secondary purpose that you would reasonably expect.

Primary Purposes Include:

  1. Providing migration and education advice, assessments, and services.

  2. Preparing and lodging visa applications, admission applications, and ART appeals.

  3. Complying with our legal obligations as a MARA-registered migration agent.

  4. Communicating with you about your application status and required documents.

Disclosure to Third Parties:

We will only disclose your information when necessary to fulfill the Primary Purpose. This may include disclosure to:

  • The Department of Home Affairs (DHA) and other Australian government bodies.

  • The Administrative Review Tribunal (ART).

  • Educational institutions (universities, colleges) for admission purposes.

  • Relevant skills assessment bodies.

  • Overseas Student/Visitor Health Cover (OSHC/OVHC) providers.

  • Our professional advisors (e.g., auditors, lawyers).

  • IT and cloud service providers that assist in securing and managing our data.

We do not sell your personal information.

We take reasonable steps to ensure that the personal information we collect and hold is accurate, complete, and up-to-date.

Overseas Disclosure (GDPR & APP Compliance):

To lodge your visa and admission applications, we necessarily transfer your data to Australia. When transferring data to overseas third parties (e.g., an overseas skills assessing body), we take reasonable steps to ensure the recipient adheres to principles substantially similar to the APPs or the GDPR.

4. Access and Correction

You have the right to request access to the personal information we hold about you and to request corrections if you believe the data is inaccurate, incomplete, or outdated.

If you are a resident of the European Union (EU) or the United Kingdom (UK), your data is handled in compliance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). In addition to the rights above, you also have the right to:
